Sadly I cant work out the 'Customers Order Number'

I've got the window sticker, can I find it anywhere on that? Any other ideas?

If you look under where it says Kansas on this, the order number is the first 4 characters after the dash. In this case, T379. Yours will be different but in the same place.

How do I reach Pioneer? My dealer just informed me that my truck is in transit however I am still unable to pull up the window sticker. The tracker still says in order processing.

Stopped by the dealer in Halifax (Dartmouth actually) yesterday since my truck was supposed to be at the auto port this week and I wanted to see if it was at the dealer yet. My truck was there! Hopefully they'll have it ready early next week.

Thanks a lot that was really helpful the page accepted the number...however the page wasnt so helpful as it simply gave me: "We're sorry. We are unable to process that VIN because it is not a valid USA Ford VIN. Please enter a valid VIN."

I have heard about issues at eastcourt in the past. Allocation, lack of communication and some shaddy business practices. When the Lariat lease deal hit and all those on Redflag Deals thread started, I ran far far away and ordered out in the Durham Region. Was reading others had been waiting 2+ weeks after truck lands.

NOOOOOOOOO! My delivery just went from April 4 to 8th to 23 in about 3 days!
Build date was March 3
Ship date was March 22. It has been "in transit" since March 23rd

Transit is 13

Any bets on what slowed things down?

My production date has stayed at March 17th, but it remains “in production”, where have you guys been able to find that your truck was actually confirmed to be built?
