Can FORScan be used to program second key FOB?

When I purchased my truck (used) it only had one key FOB. Can Forscan be used to program a second key FOB?

When you get two programed fob you can add two more yourself just sitting in truck.

Basically same as getting the door code, just turn it off after you see door code, put in new fob, turn on again, should see message on screen if successful.

Many locksmiths can do this now for much less than the dealers. I bought a new unprogrammed key/fob on eBay for about $20 and had a local locksmith program it and cut the key for about $70
