Can’t change drive modes

Have a new 2021 F150 Raptor. Truck was fine until about 1000 miles, now can’t change drive modes, once I start the truck I get a drive mode fault error and can’t change the drive modes. This also won’t let me change the steering feel or the dampers for the shocks.

They were super nice and all talking to them through PM. Said a support team would reach out to me on 12/3 still nothing. I went to the dealer a while back after making the post and they said it’s a solenoid issue with one of the live valve shocks. Part is on back order though. Do wish I would have been contacted with how much these trucks cost.

No errors pop up, but the drive mode in my lariat does nothing at all when I rotate it

add another thing to the list for the dealer to check out when I take it in ?

To them your just another $40k f-150. Their job is just to reach and and ensure you found a dealer to handle your issue. Not much they can really do beside maybe read you your warranty info like what is and isn’t covered.

Your right they are usually nice, but ultimately not very helpful.
