Can’t seem to get the outlets in my cab and bed working. No power supplied to either when the truck is on. Don’t think I have a Pro Power package, though I do have an inverter under the back seat. Fuses seem fine, but don’t know if I’m missing any. Any help is appreciated.

Truck has to be running, not just on.

Check all your fuses and circuit breakers. I have one just above the plug on the console, but I also have ProPower.

Were you running anything off of the outlets recently that might have tripped the breakers or blown a fuse? You only have 400W which is 3 amps. Good enough for a computer, but not a coffee maker.

I had the same issue, thankfully it was under warranty . They replaced the inverter and that fixed the problem.

I had the same problem when I bought my truck. All fuses was good, I unplugged my inverter and plugged it back up and they all started working.

When you first start the truck is there any sign of life from the led next to the outlet? Are you able to scan for any bcm codes? I had the issue where when I first started my truck the led would light for roughly 20 seconds then go out, and had a content B1330-9A code. There is a tsb out from Ford on this issue and an updated box outlet that got my system back up and running.

MU5Z-19A464-M This is the updated box outlet part #
The tsb number is 24-2020 (I tried posting a link but it wouldn't let me paste it)

Where did you unplug the inverter at? Can you take a picture of the harness you unplugged? Did you have to disconnect anything else like the primary battery before doing this due to the high voltage or did you simply unplug the harness, let it sit for a moment and then plug it back in and it reset the inverter?

I am having the same problem. I replaced the bed outlet and cleaned the connector as stated in the TSB and that did not fix the problem. I also reset the BCM learned values with ForScan. Any other ideas? I have a 2021 5.0 with the 400w inverter. I checked the 5 amp fuse in the passenger kick panel fuse box as well and it is fine. I'm getting the B1330:9A-0A code.
