Looks like it's more than likely a PAT issue. That's the common theme for this 4/29 week. I'm hoping they are just giving them an extra look before shipping them out, but that's just me being optimistic.

I received the same message today and have the PAT removal. Mine is a Powerboost Lariat

So now we have both EB's and PB's, as well as PAT and no PAT's getting this email. So it's anybody's guess at this point.
