Build week 4/29 -5/6

I'm in the wrong build week thread here, but my shipping seems to be lining up with more in this thread than my own build week. I figured I'd come back with an update for y'all, since I've already shared some here.

My ETA from Ford Chat has been all over the place, as early as the 8th and as late as the 22nd, depending on the day I ask. I got a new "Last Updated" date on the Tracker this morning, and Ford Chat says it has now been "received by ramp" in Memphis, off the train as of 6/10 today. Chat's current ETA is 6/17, and dealer told me 6/18 when I last talked with them on Saturday.

So as it stands, Built 5/22, shipped rail 6/2, train arrived Memphis 6/6, truck received by rail yard auto ramp 6/10. No update for convoy from rail yard to dealer.

I am in a similar boat... shipped 5/25, arrived at its final destination (Winston-Salem, NC) on 6/4, sat on the rail car for a couple of days and received by ramp 6/8 but there as of today 6/11. No indication of when its going to make its final 2 hour drive to the dealership. Of course after this weekend I am out of town so this still could be a few weeks longer.

Strange, my tracker is now back to “built” with a new update of 6/11.

Chat said I was “in transit” last night, but now I’m back to “built, awaiting shipment”.

How in the world does that happen?

Didn’t yours go back to order confirmed last night. That’s why. It probably just caught back up. Really the only issue you’re having is your truck shipped without giving you the shipping notification

Gotcha. Maybe I misunderstood the usual process. I thought when it clicked back to "order confirmed" that within a day or so it jumped forward to "shipped", not back to "built".

I can’t say for certain but my bet is yours already shipped. Plenty of people in here had their orders jump from “built” to “final prep” and skipped shipped all together. My guess if yours is one of them.

I hope you're right. Seems like no one knows what's going on. Even the ETA's from Granger are all over the place, too.

Alright here's one more update for the group.

I shot chat a message this morning after the tracker update to see if they knew what was going on and they gave me a convoy number and company, but that it was at Kansas City Assembly Plant Ramp 15 (I'm a Dearborn build so this was confusing to me).

I called the convoy company and they said my truck was picked up in Dearborn yesterday (6/10) and dropped off in Kansas City this morning (6/11). Even confirmed the VIN with them. This is not at all what the "trip plan" from the dealer said, but it's a lot closer to Granger than it was a few days ago...

Hope this helps someone who might have a random convoy number.

Sitting in Melvindale since 5/31 and dates now pushed out to June 24-30 per Chip.

Guess I need to look at an alternative tow vehicle for our big camping trip over the 4th. Not cancelling this one, even though we

I know you have FordPass running so there's no question about where yours is, but Chip has a 7/7-7/13 ETA on mine, and it it's sitting in Kansas City right now. Last week his ETA was 6/23-6/29. I really hope it doesn't take a month to get 3 hours up the road, but stranger things have happened.

So not passing along false hope, but it seems like all the information sources are all over the place. If Ford is ditching the rail due to delays, yours may be on the next truck headed that way.
