Brake Clicking - System Failure Warnings

I have read in here a few times about annoying clicking when pressing the brake pedal, noticed a recall - my truck isn’t in it.

I too have these problems and after about 4 loud smacks coming from above the brake pedal I got numerous warnings, brake system failure, collision braking assist not available, etc so I went Straight to the dealer.

Truck show no memory of the problems, Ford Pass saw nothing, dealer says they can’t replicant it and this happens often for me.

What have you guys done / said to get these parts in the lower dash replaced? I cannot trust this dealer I constantly hear clicking when applying the brake pedal and there is for sure an issue.

Bro, it will be better for you to other tell him to take a test drive and make him listen that yeah there is a strange sound while braking. this often happens that the system doesn't cache the problem, I belive in manual check because you don't know when the system fails. Till get slove drive slow so that you can control it don't drive more than 30-40.

I also randomly, and usually when parked on an incline get a clunk in the brake pedal followed by the multiple brake failure issues. Seems to happen when parked , put your foot on the brake then start the truck, @Ford Motor Company, along with the highway speed shuddering that this truck does i'm about done wit @Ford Motor Company

Oh yea, mine is now 100% of the time when I turn on my truck I get a smack from the brake pedal. Press down to start, BANG, then start the car. It is worrisome for sure considering the dealer said "its all good, couldn't replicate the problem"
