Borla Pro CD Muffler Anyone?

Has anyone tried this on a 5.0L - gen 14 with C.D. ?

Per you tube on 5.0L it’s has a good tone. Similar to my ear, to a Tremor Split Exhaust.
Borla rep told me it was between a Touring and Sport cat back sound.

I am about to order the Touring CB but wanted to check on this.

If you like the factory sound DON'T mess with it. It is sized for maximum flow and minimal drone as it is. Drone is your enemy.

I checked in with Hennessy about adding a supercharger to my 23 XLT 5.0. I figured I would need more exhaust and I asked about their recommendation. He said the factory exhaust can easily handle 700 hp supercharging, so waste your money if you must.

I like the old man look that can handle Mustangs anyway. I also coughed up a hairball when he quoted the price so I will keep the factory exhaust and and deal with my hairball at a later date. I will also buy the Ford package instead.

Talk about sounding good with a factory exhaust, my 2011 6.2 Yukon Denali exhaust is sized the same as the Ford exhaust. I was looking behind it and jumped when my wife started it for a test drive at the dealership. Much louder than my F150. My neighbor says he can hear her coming and going. There is no drone in that one either. It is 100% factory and still looks new with no rust. He says it sounds like the Ram TRX starting up next door. I'm not sure I buy that one, but stranger things have happened.
