I am not sure what is going on here. I hope they can figure out whatever it is. My truck was working fine when I went to them.

I went to the dealership today and they are not willing to return the truck. They said that they are waiting for Ford to help them solve the issue. Unfortunately, the technician working on my truck was not there since he does not work on weekends there. I will go check on Monday with him what is going on.

It looks like there is some truth to what they are saying. I ran your VIN through PTS again and tried pulling the codes to see if I could see any events your truck recorded that can validate what they are saying, and this is what I saw:

I have checked countless trucks for people over the past few years, and I have never seen that message pop up. It seems like there is indeed something wrong with your truck.
Today after I spoke to the tech that was working on it, they returned my truck back. They said that other then the BlueCruise feature everything else should be fine. They are still waiting for Ford to tell them how to proceed with the update. Could you please check my VIN ( 1FTFW1ED1MFA45784 ) to see what updates are needed to make this happen? I could try to update myself.

Getting your BC issue fixed and getting your truck fully updated are two different animals. I can check FDRS from my laptop at home later to see what modules you have pending updates, but you cannot perform updates yourself with the adapter you ordered. You need a more expensive one and a license to FDRS to perform updates. Let's get one thing resolved first and then we will worry about the rest.

I will receive the ForScan cable today. I already got the ForScan License. I will order that Mongoose Cable as well to deal with this myself for future updates. The service tech told me that he is having issues with updating the GWM module. Thanks for your support.

Download teamviewer onto your laptop. If you need to borrow a laptop, then do so. Once you have that, PM @Jesse-Infotainment to set something up where he can use teamviewer to remote into your laptop and do his thing.

I will first setup the laptop with the required drivers and FORScan software. Once it is ready, I will PM him.
