Yea, I don't care for predictive speed assist either for that same reason. It is too aggressive....they need to work on that. I turned it off.

I had a hard time getting mine to go through, finally had to get a mongoose and it even failed the first time with the mongoose. Had a 60 amp battery charger too, but finally managed to get it to go through. I just got mine back from the dealer they had it for a month tracing a clutch disengagement error. kinda wish they would've done updates while they had it.Last time it failed, the battery was reporting 88% SoC and capacity was at 72, which are both good. Just keep trying it. The next time you take it for a drive, try installing manually as soon as you park it. It'll take an hour to install, so make sure you don't need the truck right away.
Eventually you will get the OTA and it SHOULD enable the new features, but many people on the Mach E forum still had to go the FORScan route because the OTA didn't do it or only wrote part of the config.I had a hard time getting mine to go through, finally had to get a mongoose and it even failed the first time with the mongoose. I do have a question, will the mothership ever send the setiing for bluecruise 1.4 or is forscan the only option for now?
Interrupted by another process 99% of the time means your 12v battery is not up to spec for the OTA to install. Charge up the battery to 100% and try to manually install it as soon as the battery is fully charged.I got the 1.4 update on my ‘22 Platinum not in early access. It keeps failing to install, saying the update was interrupted. Any ideas what’s going on?
I had it on a battery charger overnight and will try again now. Thank you!Interrupted by another process 99% of the time means your 12v battery is not up to spec for the OTA to install. Charge up the battery to 100% and try to manually install it as soon as the battery is fully charged.
It can take a few tries before it will go through.I had it on a battery charger overnight and will try again now. Thank you!
This will be attempt #3, but first time after the battery charger so we will see.It can take a few tries before it will go through.
I just saw the onscreen alert in the truck that an update is available. How did you receive the notice that you got it? I'm still waiting for my update.
I got the message today that I had a download available. When I got home I put the charger on the battery, started the download but it did not take. Started download again and when I locked the truck I clicked the fob twice initiating the ol double honk. This time it went through. Good luck.I just saw the onscreen alert in the truck that an update is available.
in case anyone is wondering, it still won’t update after keeping it on a battery charger overnight and also going on a 40 minute drive. Anyone have any tips?
