I've been here on the forum for 4 years now and this question has come up on many occasions. To the best of my knowledge it can't be done. The truck would have to have been factory equipped with it. It's not really a question of adding all of the hardware, certainly that could be done. But the problem arises in that you will not be able to activate it. It's a subscription based cloud software that is only available with the factory build, you or a dealer can not change the trucks software build once it leaves the factory. And Ford has no ability to add the subscription service to a vehicle once built.

I thought @Jesseinfotainment did it to his '21 XL but i cant find a Wright up
Yes, he did, and I don't think he ever shared exactly what he did. The company he works for does systems integration and he did this as a test project for them. He has access to things that just aren't available to most of us.

Yeah that isn't something that will ever be shared. Adaptive cruise is awesome and I'd never want full blue cruise. If you feel like it you can do the weight on wheel thing for hands free like others here have done. The newer software versions have been great without annoying weave with adaptive cruise.

There is a thread in here about using the Comma.ai device to accomplish the same thing.

Debating pulling the trigger on this myself for my 2021 F150.

Take a look at these:

@f150 chili pepper

the comma3X is your best option. It’s actually a superior product to BlueCruise and will be significantly cheaper. This is assuming your signature is correct and you have a 2023. If you have upgraded to a 2024 or 2025 it’s not an option.

I'm currently working on this ambitious project. Mind you, I have 360 Copilot Assist 2.0 at the moment (all harnesses are present and capped for the modules needed) and am just acquiring the parts:
