Started up the truck yesterday, and my screen won't turn on. I've tried soft rebooting, multiple times and multiple ways (power button & skip forward, as well as volume down & skip forward on steering wheel), to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hey there. I can look into your F-150’s screen concerns on my end if you’d like. Will you send us a private message with your VIN and dealership info?

Did you happen to get an OTA update before the screen went black? I received 4.2.3 on Wednesday night (notified via Fordpass app), and my screen was black the first time I started the truck after the update. I did the soft reboot, but I think you may have to use the skip forward button under the screen instead of the steering wheel button. Had to hold my power button and forward buttons for at least ten seconds, and thankfully the screen did boot up. No problems since.

I did get an update a few days beforehand. Glad the soft reboot worked for ya - now that I've done a bit more research, I believe my issue is the APIM. We shall see...
