I have a Powerboost XLT with the 12in center screen. This morning, as I was driving to work the screen went dark. When I got to work I tried shutting the truck off and then powering back up but nothing changed. I can press the button to use the cameras and it works. I can put it in reverse and the backup camera works. But nothing else. No radio controls, no car play, nothing. Any Ideas?

This seems to be a common issue, go on YouTube and you will see a number of people reporting the same thing. A coupe of people went back to the dealer and had one of the computers replaced but it was a long lead time to get the new part. Seems to be intermittent for the most part but no way to "fix" it.

I have the same vehicle, 400 miles into it so haven't had the problem yet but it is in the back of my mind every time I get in the truck.

Good luck getting it resolved, it would be good to hear what your solution is.

I developed black screens a while ago, but it comes back. Not fixed yet, just like everything else....

Hey there! I can look into your F150's screen concerns on my end. Will you send us a message with your VIN and dealership info?
