Black screen faulty APIM

Hey Everyone,

I have a 2021 Tremor and the screen has completely stopped working. Dealer said needs a new APIM and it's now been 1.5 months and they still have no ETA on replacement. Anything I can try to get this thing working or any advice on what to do with Ford, I have filed a complaint with them already but that has gone nowhere. Thanks.

If you scan your truck with Forscan or something like OBDLink, does it see the APIM module?
Just curious if it's the APIM or the screen itself.

I don't have those, I'm just going by the delaer and they tell me the it's the APIM not the screen itself.

Dealers order new APIM at the slightest whim. That's one reason for the long wait.

In your case, I hope they ordered both the module and the screen, just in case. One wait is long enough.

Well I jumped in the truck to black screen this morning :-( Did some research and found that holding the volume/power button and right seek button at the same time for 10 to 15seconds prompted my screen to start working again.
