Backlit Ford emblems

I am suddenly seeing trucks with these, I guess the aftermarket jumped on it with them coming out on the '24s? It's tempting as I bet it'd look good on my Rapid Red.

I'm just waiting for the 24s to come out and look into the part number for those emblems. I don't care about lights I just want the chrome gone without using stickers or paint that will flake off from a high speed bug impact.

They have been out since the 21 model year trucks. ford performance sells them too and if i were to guess putco may actually be the supplier for the '24 Ford emblems.

Easier for a PO to get you with a laser and ID your truck at night when there isn't many vehicles with glowing emblems.

I don't disagree since I passed a Nissan truck with light up grill emblem this morning and I've never seen that before.

Chevy with giant light up emblem just looked horrible it was washed out bright mess coming at me.

Hard to tell how bright the Putco is but if it is anything like what I've seen I know I definitely don't want it. The light should be subtle not looking like a center headlight.

I have a buddy with a Navigator that has the factory lit up Lincoln logo in the grill. It does look pretty nice at night.

It's a $400 option for illuminated badges. Looks to be the same manufacturer of them though. They're not the same design as the current badges in that they're more flat than symmetrical convex. They appear to just be bright white which stands out quite a bit. Glad to see the chrome go. I hate chrome -- it's just well outstayed its welcome.
