Auto Climate Control Upfit to a STX

I just installed this on my 2024 XL. I have all functionality (Defrost, Auto Temps, Temp Digital readout, Cold A/C, Hot A/C, Recirculating, Max A/C, Knob controls) but my rear defroster is not turning on via the HVAC dash controls.

Additioanlly, do not have a 'climate' menu in my Sync menu and the temperature display is only showning on the left side. How can I activate this on my passenger side?

You will be able to turn on the passenger temperature repeater in Forscan, although it will not actually do anything because our poverty specs do not actually have the components to use dual zone climate.

Mine actually messes it up if I turn the passenger knob to anything other than what the driver is set to. But I do have the temp displayed because I think it looks better.

The truck that the module came out of may not have the rear window defroster, if thats the case you'll have to enable that in Forscan as well.

Do you happen to know why the fan controls (aluminum up/down buttons) are not illuminating?

I would try to find a truck with the same engine as yours but with auto climate and try to use those settings on your module. you'll have to mess with the HVAC module as well as the APIM to get what you need.

Someone suggested these 21-23 modules on 24s should be programmed with the 2023 Forscan configuration.

Not sure of that matters, Mine came off a 23 and im pretty sure I used 24 programming

Here is a 2024 Lariant with heated/cooled seat, dual climate for comparison. Let me know if you think I can test these changes or not.

Delta is whats different on the Lariat AB codes. I do have HSW, Heated/Cooled seats from a Lariat installed.
