Are OTA Power-Up/Sync Updates Cumulative?

I finally got a Power-Up update after 18+ months without one.
This morning, I went from 4.2.3 all the way to 6.1.0 (Which was released in Oct 2023).

I was just wondering if the updates are cumulative, i.e. getting the 6.1.0 update means that I also got:

4.3.2 (May 2023), 4.3.3 (June 2023), 4.3.5 (June 2023), 22-PU1009-PPO-SI (July 2023), 23-PU0327-DSP-AMP (July 2023), 22-PU1009-MIL-PPO (Aug 2023), 23-PU0407-BCDC-FX (Aug 2023), 4.3.4 (Aug 2023), 22-PU0724-DOM-RS (Oct 2023), 23-PU0110-RAD-PS (Oct 2023), 4.3.6 (Oct 2023), Recall 21B37 (Oct 2023).

Also, is the latest version really 6.8? Released over a year ago?
(Just going by https://tonesto7.github.io/ford-pwr-up-info/ ... not sure if that might have fallen out of date.)

Check the speadsheet attached to the first post of the OTA history thread in my signature. That is up to date; the github link has not been updated in a while.

It is unknown if Ford replaced certain older updates with newer ones that are on that list that some people got and your truck will not receive now.

It is not cumulative. Getting 6.1.0 does not mean you received everything up to 6.1.0. You could still get earlier releases that you might have missed.

Well, that's pretty silly... that's 12 updates that were skipped... granted, all of them might not have applied to my year/model.

I agree. I am not a fan of Ford’s OTA system for this and plenty of other reasons.

I feel your pain. The last update I received was in Sept 2023. The online owner's manual. My update now button is greyed out. My Sync is at 23159. The OTA Gods have abandoned me....

Same here. Not quite so long, but I don't get them any longer.
