I won't speak for him, but I will say that the 275/70/18, LT rated G3's on my pickup are among the best in ride quality that I've used. They took an average of 1.5 ounces a piece to balance, they have worn consistently (5k rotations) over the first 17k miles, their wet and dry performance are both excellent. What specific tire size and load reading did you get?

I am looking at Terra G3 295/70/18 for my truck. I'd take these any day over the Falkens, Toyos, Firestones, Coopers and BFGs that I've run most previously on my pickup along with several different half ton work trucks. The worst tires by far were a set of Mickey Thompson Baja EXP, that were a nightmare to get warrantied after they were found to be impossible to balance with and without road force.
I would put the G3 near the top of the heap, right up there with Michelin, Bridgestone and Continental.
They ride great in my opinion. I prefer an LT since they don’t fold over on the sidewall like some SL tires do.I am looking at Terra G3 295/70/18 for my truck. How do you feel the LT affected your ride quality?
