I was on Amazon and saw this. Since I have a swing case I can't use the boxlink to put a divider in to prevent stuff from sliding back. I'm sure the 52" version would fit with 1 swing case (someone in the comments reported the 48" works with 2 swing cases).

Just curious if anyone has tried it and has personal experience

Why not just use one of those expanding ratchet bars? Put it anyway you want.

US Cargo Control Ratcheting Cargo Bar for Small Cargo Bar Needs - Extends from 40 Inches to 70 Inches - Great for Use in Pickup Truck Bed, SUV, Minivan, and Small Trailers https://a.co/d/iXqgkcJ

Because of the swing case. I could put maybe on the wheel wells? It's storming. I'll have to go look to see if that would work.

Another benefit if this is you can pull it out in the tailgate to get to the contents.

You can put the brace anywhere. That other thing might be cool, but if you really want to use the bed for something, it would be a pain. Seems you need a big SUV. ;)

I have the last boks and it works really well in my 2020. It's nice to have something to separate groceries, luggage or what have you. Added bonus if your truck has a tonneau and it takes on a little water, this having it's own "floor" will prevent that water that is bound to get in your box from getting on your paper bag groceries or anything else you don't want wet. I had thought about the flipping tailgate extender or bar too, but this was a better fit for me.

It was a little overpriced for what it is and the stowable ramps that came with my truck don't work with it. I assume this will be the same with my 22 that arrives next week.

Yeah, the cost is the one thing holding me back. on trying it out. But glad to see it works well.

What sold me was the handle, so I can pull the whole setup onto the tailgate to grab things if needed. I bought the 56" version as well.

Thinking for folks with generators, might be in the way of the control panel.

Yup, its easily removable. it just hooks onto the little tie downs just in side the bed.

I was also thinkg about what about when I need to haul plywood, but I figure I'll either push it all theway back and put the back edge of the plywood on it or I'll take it put before I leave or take it out, load the plywood, and put it on top of it.

Oh, you mean in the bottom of the tray? that might be a good idea. I've already got the budrug in my bed. Had it in my '17 and it was one of the first things I got for my '22

Yup. I had the tailgate portion on my '17, but in my '22 I didn't get it. Mainly because on my '17 the velcro stopped working the first time I took it out to clean and the tailgate portion never would stay up (it was the part on the bedrug that wasn't sticking). Bedrug refused to help since I bought it off Amazon. Still a great product.

$57 for that little piece seems like a lot for what it is. After seeing someone put the bedrug under the work surface, I've considered going with another one that covers the tailgate (as 1 piece) and I could cup up my current one for the tray if I did that (though honestly, probably just sell it)
