Any changes to 2026 F150 anyone know of?

All it is looking for is slight steering input. You can accomplish this with a single finger on the wheel. Just give it a light, constant pressure either right or left and it'll be happy.

Ford computers are unable to recognize even a death grip as holding the wheel, and instead insist on a torque on the wheel that it has to compensate for in order to keep you from leaving the lane.

Once I figured this out, ACC worked so much better!

I was at Maclin Ford in Calgary yesterday, the Fleet Manager told me the 2026 F-150 Order Guide will be released on September 25, I have learned that Argon Blue will be a new color for F-150, it's a super vibrant color, it will be available on F-150 King Ranch, I will be ordering one and shipping my 2025 to the US. It will be sold at Manheim Spokane so someone will get a good truck.

When I ordered my 2022 they just dropped Velocity Blue and swapped it with Atlas Blue Metalic. I got the Atlas Blue (darker blue) but wanted the Velocity. The Velocity had a pop to it and I liked that.

I will be glad to see the new blue and still hoping for a darker orange.

Ford really needs to wake up, or they’re going to start really bleeding customers. The cost cutting and price increases have gotten totally out of hand.

When I ordered my 2022 back in late 2021, I paid just under $50K before taxes with X-Plan and some rebates. That was for a 302A with the sport package, B&O, Co-Pilot Assist 2.0, 360 cameras, block heater, etc. My only regrets were skipping the sunroof and the 6.5 ft bed. Now my ’22 is almost paid off, so I’ve been looking at ordering exactly what I want this time around. I don’t mind spending the money if I’m actually getting what I want… but with the way Ford has gutted the options and features, that’s just not happening.

For 2024 and especially 2025, the lineup became basically cookie-cutter builds with obvious cost cutting. Especially 2025 with deleted physical buttons above the 12” screen and moved them down in between tuning knobs, removed the tailgate release button near headlights all together, and a 2025 Lariat even comes with base XL fog lights! On top of that, you can’t even option a 6.5 ft bed with crew cab and sport/BAP (body colored bumper package) anymore in the U.S. And if you want a sunroof, you’re forced into at least a XLT 303A (no longer 302A) at around $70K MSRP (and still doesn’t have heated steering wheel or power folding mirrors!)

Meanwhile, Ram is looking more tempting. For low $60K, I can get a Big Horn level 2 with sunroof, tons of features including even power folding mirrors & heated steering wheel, and a 10yr/100K powertrain warranty! That’s real value. Only downside is it’s a Ram lol

So yeah, I’m curious to see what Ford does for 2026, because right now they’re out of their minds with pricing for the lack of value these trucks have. They need to do more for 2026 than add a few new colors….

Refresh my memory. What are the deletes from 21?

I remember a lot of fuss about the heated steering wheel and the bed camera delete. Neither bothered me.

There was an advanced security pack removal, that shows on my window sticker but those 3 are the only showing. No real idea what thats about.

Wasn't there a parking assist feature? I seldom go to the city but I guess that could have been handy.

The secure pad delete. I didn't use that much at first but it can be handy.

What else?

The 22 removed the ambient lighting, power outlets on the rear of the center console, massaging seats, heated steering wheel, the HVAC knobs which showed the temp on the dials, led license plate lights removed and quite a few other small things as well. May have removed active park assist as well but hear mixed info on that. Some sources say the rotary dial to adjust airflow through the vents was also removed for 22+? A few of these options had a small credit applied towards the vehicle (like $300 for removal of massaging seats) but most were not even mentioned, just quietly removed...

Most of these options have been trickling back into later models

Looks like if you want power folding mirrors you have to get a lariat at least. You also get the dynamic headlights (i have them on my raptor and they are great). The XLT gets standard LED's and manual mirrors. Im ok with standard LED's, but the mirrors that dont power fold suck balls.

Yeah, I don't have the cup holder lights but the rest of the ambient is there, as is power in the rear console.

The temp display, missing in the knobs, doesn't bother me, since it is the corners of the big screen.

The license plate LED removal was pretty chicken shit, especially since the halogens they replaced them with, burnt up the fixtures. I had some of the correct LEDs laying around from a different project and replaced them in the first few days.

I think at the time, massaging seats required Limited or above, so that was never in my future.

Don't know anything about a rotary dial adjusting air flow. My system works well, just set to auto and seldom touch it.
