I see that too about the 157” wheel base (crew cab 6.5ft bed) and lariat black package. Since 2024 only Canada has been allowed to order that configuration. So this is huge news to me that’s the configuration I want. But still strange how it’s not orderable on the XLT 157” wheel base.
Ford really needs to wake up, or they’re going to start really bleeding customers. The cost cutting and price increases have gotten totally out of hand.
When I ordered my 2022 back in late 2021, I paid just under $50K before taxes with X-Plan and some rebates. That was for a 302A with the sport...
Does anyone have a copy of instructions to boosted grey goose kit? I ordered their kit but have not yet received instructions and really want to attempt this today I have all other parts.
Just picked up some lariat take off mirrors and going to be doing this retrofit. Is it possible to code the auto fold to unfold when ignition is switched on, rather than when truck is unlocked? Still want them to fold on lock but prefer unfold to be ignition.
2022 2.7 3.73 rear end - 52k miles. I’ve owned it since new but recently I’m starting to get this grinding sensation in my gas pedal that comes and goes on the highway from 45mph to 75mph
i know the gas pedal is drive by wire so it’s likely not directly related but it’s driving me nuts.
I'm...
I have the exact same thing on my 2022 2.7 with 52k miles. It bangs hard into 6th when it downshifts to stay in the power band. Also occasionally get hard shifts from 2-3-4, and 7-8. Dealer could not replicate it, of course. Which is super frustrating.
Any update on how the Shelby rims and new tires are? I have Shelby 20” rims and have been chasing a shake also. Above 75 both the steering wheel and seats shake. Had stock sized Nokian Outpost nAT. Figured maybe because they were all terrain tires they were causing the shake (even though they...
Interesting. So I take it the OEM wheels are all 86.8 hub bore also, and aftermarket goes off of published 87.1 hub bore. I have some aftermarket wheels with a 87.1 hub bore and perfectly road force balanced Michelin Defenders and still getting steering wheel and seat shaking at 75mph+...
I definitely agree that google maps is superior, but if you're running Carplay the google maps does not put the turn by turn direction in the instrument cluster. Whereas on apple maps it does. I wish there was a workaround but seems to be apple that doesn't allow it.
Ive seen several 2018+ with 250k miles+ for sale around the country. There was this one posted on the mileage impossible page on Facebook with over 500k miles
Are there any updates that can be applied to a ACC w/ lane centering truck? I have a 2022 XLT 302A with ACC and lane centering. For the first year the lane centering was spot on. I could set cruise to 80mph and it would keep me dead center in the lane with no ping ponging. Then I decided to...
I have a 2022 2.7 with low profile Rhino Rack Vortex rails and a Thule tent. It sits below the roofline and I didn’t lose many MPGs. I can still average about 20 mpg highway at 70mph with my 1.5” leveling kit and 275/60/20 Nokian Outpost AT tires. Without the tent and racks I’m at 21mpg
also...
Hey all. I'm curious if anyone else is being told the same in the US. It's no longer possible to order an STX, XLT, or Lariat 157" wheelbase Super Crew 6.5ft box configuration *with body color bumpers*... The only configuration for the 157" WB on XLT and Lariat in the US is with the chrome...
Has anyone attempted to retrofit the digital gauge cluster from the 2024+ F150 in to pre-facelift models. I’m curious if this retrofit would be easier than doing the swap with ‘21-‘23 parts because on 2024 the dash panels on lower trims are what appear to be the same plastic dash panels as...
+1 for OEM mud flaps. They offer very good coverage for the money compared to other options. I really wanted Gatorbacks but the cost just doesn’t make a ton of sense when OEM provides almost the same coverage for a fraction of price. Install was also very easy.
I considered weathertech but...
So basically if your truck was built before those dates it’s not a matter of IF your transmission fails, it’s WHEN? The fact that this is not a recall especially when there’s a fix is astounding to me.
Not to hijack a thread but figured I'd share something I found that's an alternative option to messing with pins and connectors.
I'm in the process of outfitting my truck with four spot lights and have been researching this topic extensively. My friend in Sweden recommended a XBB relay dongle...
