Ahhhh You're using the wrong USB port bud. Use the USB or USBC inside the cubby where the wireless charger pad is located. Problem solved. Keep us posted

Gotcha. Perhaps someone else can help ya locate that needed input for sync. In my platty, I have usb on dash (like you're using) in glove box, rear and in the area I circled in red. The one circled in red is the only input that works for the box in my truck. It's for "wired android auto/car play". Point I'm making is not just any USB will work. Need to make sure the correct USB is active and used. We're getting closer though to making it all happen.

Bought the latest MMB this week, everything looking/working seamlessly after some general set up troubleshooting. Question for the group, has anyone found success streaming YouTubeTV? App downloads no problem, answer a couple set up questions, then white screen. Have let it set for 4-5 min, thinking it was just loading, but doesn’t seem to get passed the white screen. Thanks in advance for the input.

Never tried but most apps work fine, however it may be the resolution that is making YOUTUBETV app have issues.

Two big problems i have with this is:
1. The right side touchscreen seems to not work at all. its like 1/8th inch from the rigth of the screen is completely unresponsive so when you try to push settings or other icons it wont click.
2. Some apps will NOT play properly. For example youtube shorts never play properly as it is like zoomed in. I am unclear how fix this.

Anyone figure out a way to get a legitimate full screen. The top and bottom bars are ruining the picture.

Also, I’ve paird my tbox with my iPhone 13pro and I’m unable to use my iPhone WiFi hotspot for connectivity. I was told it was a iOS17 issue and that carlinkit is writing new firmware to resolve this. Can anyone confirm this?

I have a Carlikit TBox Plus in my 2023. The visuals are great. All the music & video streaming services I’ve loaded onto the box play, but the volume is so low it can’t be heard in a running truck. The phone connection status has no effect. If I connect my phone to the box, the phone conversation audio is perfect. Does any have any ideas?

Make sure you are running the most current version. Consider updating if needed.

Other than factory resetting the box, I'm at a loss. Not much more you can do from there other than contact support.

Looks like there is another option available for iOS users - TDS Carlplay in TestFlight. Haven’t tried it yet but will be as soon as I get out to my car.

Depends on trim packages and options. My 21 has the wireless charger. I know some have had success retro fitting in the OEM charger. Others have had success with aftermarket which is probably better since the OEM has phone heating issues. Search this forum.

Thanks for the reply. My '21 is a Lariat. Not a huge deal, but more curious than anything.
