When using the phone to dial out with voice command 50% of the time I can see the phone dialing on the screen, then the stereo comes back on, it connects and all I hear is stereo while person I'm calling says they don't hear anything. Is there a fix for this?
Also when people call me it works fine..

Wish I could help, but I don't think I've used voice commands for calling out, only for finding locations in google maps.

If you recently received some of the 4.2.x updates, many people have reported phone connectivity issues. I have been using a wired connection instead of wireless and it works much better.

Yes, this issue started with one of the 4.X.X updates and is quite frustrating. One fix that's been posted and does appear to work is to quickly toggle to speakerphone/handset and then back to bluetooth on the truck's AA phone interface. You have to do it very quickly after initiating the call so you don't miss the "hello, hello, HELLO" and inevitable hangup from the other party.

I will try this, thanks!

There's also been a lot of Android Auto updates, not sure I'd blame it all on Ford. Sometimes certain phones clash with Android Auto.

This is what I usually have to do. It also helps to have music playing from the phone before the call is initiated; often that will keep the audio for the phone call and I don't have to toggle the bluetooth/speaker setting
