Android Auto - Voice activated calling

@sbi go to your Bluetooth settings on your phone. Find the device called "Ford F-150" and click on the gear to the right of it. Then scroll down and find contact sharing and enable it. See if that works.

@FrankThompson - Thank you for this advise. I did that and now it works. Hopefully this was the issue and not just a random SYNC "headache".
BTW - while connected through Android Auto, the menu that I showed above is still grayed out, it's only available when connected through BT.

I am still confused though about the relationship between BT and Android Auto. If the settings in BT are what fixed the problem and the phone is connected through Android Auto and not through BT, how do the BT settings affect AA?! Really confusing.

I'm pretty sure that BT is used for the audio part of AA. I think the USB/wifi are only used for the video feed.
