For me it has been anywgere from 2 hours to 6 hours before air stopps blowing. Have had it in 3x where parts were replaced and still experience the issue. As all stated above, shut off AC for approx 15 minutes, it thaws out and resumes working until it frezzes up again. The higher the humidity, the faster it freezes up in my experiences.
In GA where humidity is horrible - I froze up today in ~15 min. of driving; drove on another 15 and turned it back on and it was working. I thought I had a way around it by no putting the thermostat below 70, but that's not helping.

What temperature are y’all setting on your A/C? Seems to me that too low a temp setting might play a part in freezing up an evaporator coil.

I set mine on a 70 to 72 setting and run the fan on a bit high, either 4 or 5. I haven’t had any problems. (2021 Job 1 F-150 FX4, 3.5 Ecoboost engine.)
I have been using 70 as the lowest and thought that was working... but today, while on 70, it stopped cooling in ~15 min. I'm in GA - humidity hell. I turned it off and sweated for 15 min. and turned it back on and got on home.

24-2093 is the one I showed them, but I don't have the paperwork handy to verify that's the one they used.

Thanks... at least they got it done regardless of which one they used. I have been timid about it thinking they are trying to improvise a fix to reduce their recall costs.

Here ya go! Latest version of the TSB from March 25th 2024
I am having this issue on my ‘23 Powerboost. 5 separate trips past week, 90*F outside and humid, with AC completely seizing up within 15 mins of each drive. Turning off and waiting even for 15-20 min did nothing. Wouldn’t work again until truck sat in garage overnight, and cooler air in morning.

Truck at dealership now.

Does this TSB only apply to Ecoboost, not Powerboost? Seems to be the same problem.

Hi there! I can look into your F-150's AC concern on my end. To get started, could you please send a private message over with the name/location of your local Ford dealer and your F-150’s VIN?

My dealership applied the TSB software fix yesterday. Was aware of the issue with the evaporator since the mechanic owns the same truck and also had this issue. Sounds like they updated the TSB to include Powerboost.

Drive home, 20 minutes, in 90* temps, AC worked like a charm. In fact, seems like the blower is a bit stronger now, including the driver side vent that was always a bit weak. Will post if symptoms return. Fingers crossed.

Anyone know if the problem has been resolved for the 2024 F150. I'm considering ordering a F150 rcsb.

My 2023 F-150 3.5L eco boost has had this same issue. Been to the dealership 4 times. Had this TSB update done twice. It did not fix the problem. With only 10300 miles this shouldn’t be a problem I have to deal with. I can’t even drive a reliable truck. Started a buy back request through ford. If they can’t fix it and leave it reliable then great but if not it’s time to buy it back so I can replace it. Right now though the dealership is working on replacing the components to see if that will solve the issue…. Who knows, I only know I’m sick of this crap.
