I bought aftermarket OEM tow mirrors from ford, part number ending in DA. I have all the other bells and whistles working (aside from marking lights and power telescoping). I’ve read forscan is the answer for the marking lights, but haven’t been able to find anything about the telescoping mirrors. New switch is mounted and plugged in but nothing moves when I press it. Anyone else upgrade to the DA mirrors and resolve this issue?

I have the same issue and would love to find the answer. I have the power folding, blind spot, 360 camera and have the harness to plug into the switch and got everything to work but when you click the extend button nothing happens.

I noticed on the driver side taking off the door trim to access the mirror it had a random 4 pin connector. No idea what that is for.

You have to make updates to the door module to tell it there are now power extend mirrors attached. You can make the changes in Forscan.

Yeah finally after enough research found the code for it now.
