Trailer Mirrors not Telescoping. PLEASE HELP

Hey fellas, first post here so bear with me if I didn't do this correctly.

I recently ordered OEM trailer mirrors from Fairway Ford in Ohio. Mirrors showed up extremely quick and I love the new look of my truck.

My truck is a 2023 Lariat FX4 with BLIS 360 camera power fold, heated, power adjust capable.

The mirrors I bought are all of the above with the addition of power extend capable

Install was extremely simple, and plug and play. The entire install took me maybe 45 minutes from start to finish

BUT

Now I'm having a couple issues.

My First issue- Telescoping feature does not work, even with the included switch from ford. Yes its plugged in correctly.
My second issue- Running lights on the new trailer tow mirrors don't stay on while driving. I've seen people say they are supposed to be amber but mine are white lights. They DO turn on when I manually activate the puddle lights using the switch inside the cab.

What am I trying to accomplish?
1. Telescoping function actually working. PLEASE HELP ME FIX THIS
2. Turn signals to work on the outside of the mirror ( currently works on the back corner where cars behind can see my mirror, but not oncoming vehicles)


NOTE: I thought it would be as easy as plugging into forscan but when it is plugged in i get this message: " UNABLE TO IDENTIFY VEHICLE- IF CUSTOM TUNE IS INSTALLED PLEASE ENTER STRATEGY/ CALIBRATION NAME OR PART NUMBER OF FACTORY PCM ex.5L3A-12A650-AYH"
I DO NOT have a custom tune installed, so i guess im wondering where i would find my factory PCM?

Did you already have the harness to plug into the extend switch? Most likely it’s not pinned correct or not turned on in system. Not sure why you get that message in forscan. I would delete forscan and reinstall it. Most likely once forscan is working correctly you can fix all that. I was able to get all that working with forscan.

What harness exactly? When I popped the door panel off there’s only 2-3 connections to the door switches, all of them (based off instructions) were plugged in to their corresponding partners.

Did you also add these mirrors to yours that didn’t come with the truck?

As far as forscan goes I will give that a shot

your second image -- if you truck is stock his forscan is out of date

Yes I did this to my truck. Mine were manual trailer mirrors. I upgraded to the full auto mirrors. Mine were not plug and play. Sounds like your original mirrors did not extend so I would start with forscan and turn that on.

is one of those the code to get it to open up and the other for the mirrors?
