As title says, I want to add more speakers (full range and a sub, or no sub depnding) however I do not want to take apart my dash to access the head.
I've tried to do a little reaserch, maybe something like a loc is what im looking for?
I know how to get main power to the amp, but no sound signal or a remote turn on.
Its a 2024 f150 stx non b&o

Sorry for inexperience... im a classic truck guy, ive only ever installed a single sub on my c10

Hey Random,
This is what I would recommend for non B&O. You don’t need to take HU out it’s pretty easily accessible from top of dash. I can link some you tube videos. This T harness allows you to tap the factory speaker outputs and run them to the input of the amp Without cutting wire. The front speakers are full range. I have a speed wire that runs to back firewall of truck where amps are mounted. I originally used Metra speaker harnesses and mounts for after market speakers which I got through Crutchfield.

I've seen that method and know how to do it, but I dont want to take apart the dash, in the video I watched it looked like I had to take off trim all the way down the center console.
In that video they said there was a way to do it by tapping into the speaker wires.

I thought the same thing but it ended up just taking off about 4 pieces of trim, and then taking out about 6 screws on top. Used the pac 31 wiring harness which allowed me to add a kicker 200.4 amp. I did have to run power wire from battery to this amp. The amp fit above the glove box, held on with industrial strength Velcro. The auto equalization feature of this amp along with 50watts x4 channel power really transformed the sound. Really Improved Imaging, clarity with more mid bass. You will love the difference from the stock sound.

Youll need to get a loc, i used the kit from sgs and the whole thing was plug and play no cut or tapped wires just unclip factory connector and plug in their harness. I have the B&O though so the keyloc just went into the amp, I'm not sure where the non B&O taps into. Give the guys over there a call though they answered every question I had.
