Quick question regarding the new ForScan "easy mode" changes on your sheet. I assume that all of the changes are specific values that show in the "Edit Selected", which seems pretty straightforward. The one that's a bit confusing is the last one for VIN.

If my VIN is: 1FTFW1ED7NFB83640

How would that look in the sheet below?

Here is what yours should look like

764-01-02 3145 4437 4E--
764-01-03 4642 3833 36--

Yep.
I have full Bluecruise and don't enable the Intelligent portion of adaptive cruise.
I'm the brain behind the throttle and the wheel, as scary as that might seem to those who know me.

You won't miss it, in my opinion.
I'm the complete opposite, I run it at +5 all the time and love it. No BC, wheel weight hack, Jesus take the wheel ?

Thanks! I would never have figured that out haha. Is it that the colored area would have populated numbers in the IPMA and I would just be copying them to the CCM?

I'd do front park sensors but just 4, you don't need the outer unless you plan on adding active park assist which will require a lot more parts.
It is really that much more? If I am already doing 4 sensors do I need to add much more 2 more sensors in front and two in the back? I would also need a button in the dash but what also would I be missing?

I just ordered everything and will see how it all fits on my 23 Lightning. This thread was extremely helpful in figuring out what to get. Hoping it all works!

Regarding the Nav Removal situation that I and some others are in: I know that means I can't get IACC, which is a bit of a bummer, but not the end of the world. However, when entering the Forscan changes in "easy mode" from SuperFordMan's sheet, are there values that I should avoid changing so it doesn't get into a partially working state?

I've also read "do one FS change at a time and restart after each one" but have also seen a few FS YouTube tutorials where they change several things. Is the best practice to start at the top of the sheet and just do one at a time?

Thanks again for humoring me with all the questions!

No, there are parking sensors all the way around the truck including down the sides.

You need to follow the sheet. There's nothing to avoid, you just can't toggle Speed sign recognition on in the Adaptive cruise menu.

You can go one at a time if you run into problems but I wouldn't unless I had to especially with this many changes. You'll be there all day.

*Don't touch the forbidden slider* haha

Noted on the Forscan. I'll backup the As Built on each module and then do the whole module at once in easy mode.

You'll just get an error for IACC unavailable on your Instrument cluster.

Posting to let guys know that Ford may now have an IPMA for Rear sensors only, Front and Rear sensors and APA 2.0

Looks like they are removing the chips. SO if you have rear sensors and want to add front also you may need an IPMA.

I do not know the build date for these IPMA but it looks like around 8/22 build. May be earlier.

I dont want to say this is a 100% sure but I wanted to post in case someone else adds the sensors and gets the BUS error DTC after enabling the front sensors. If you do send me your vin so I can see what part number IPMA you have.

That would defiantly be a bummer. Not sure when the build date of my truck was.
