Is there an issue if the seats are memory? I am unsure if mine are, I just picked mine up earlier and already tore apart the pass side, did you swap airbags or just leave the bags in from the power seats? Mine are heated too, I wish we had a solution for getting them to work through OEM integration.
No issue with memory, that is built into the truck, not the seat. Use the airbag and occupancy sensors out of the seats that came in your truck and it all should work fine. The heated seats can be used, you just have to do a little more Wireing and programming. Just do a search for adding heated seats.

Swap your seat foam/upholstery. The airbag will come off with the upper seat foam/upholstery just need to take two nuts off the studs. No reason to try and take it out of the pouch. Pay attention to the airbag connector, there's a tab on the backside that has to go up the same as the one facing you.

You'll need to make one cut in the seat back fabric to route it by the factory manual seat adjustment cable. It'll make sense when you see it. There's no occupancy sensor in the driver seat, only passenger. Use your occupancy sensor on the new seat. My own $.02 is to cut a piece of 1" soft craft foam the size of the seat spring and put it under the cushion. These seats have felt like sitting on a bucket since 2021 and that helps.

Use your airbag. All you need to do is remove the two nuts holding it to the frame, disconnect the connector (remember there are two tabs to push up) and it comes off with the seatback foam/upholstery.

Way easier to tap power from the driver seat and run it over. Do not use scotch locks.

What's the next thing I should do? I have a 2022 FTX with manual cloth seats. Gor 2022 Lariat leather seats. Swapped driver seat (not cover/harness/airbags .... just took out the STX seat and placed in the Lariat seat). The seat doesn't move/tilt. Made sure male connector from floor is supplying power by placing the passenger seat in the driver area, connected the harness and yes, passenger seat functions fine. Now what?

If the Lariat seat has the driver seat module it won't work. You "might" get away with swapping the seat harness and buttons with a 10 way non-memory version. The passenger seat harness is the same except for the addition of an occupancy sensor. You'd still need new buttons since those are different.
