Adaptor for tweeter plug

Hi all,

I am looking for the proper harness for the replacement tweeters I recently installed. The factory harness plugs directly into factory tweeters and I need a harness that has pigtails. Thanks.

I used those for the doors. Tweeters have a different connector. Crutchfield did not list an adaptor.

Easy just to cut them a couple inches back. Be careful with which tweeter you choose because that stock ones have a resistor that brings the level down. I recommend the alpine type S since it comes with adjustable resistance and won’t sound shitty. One of the best system mods I’ve done.

Sure, I can do that, but I just wanted to keep the factor harness 100% intact. Right now I have tinned leads pushed into the factory plug. Kind of sketchy but they won’t pull out, are completely insulated, and zip tied in place. The Infinity Ref tweeters come with cross-overs.

If Crutchfield does not list an adaptor then they do not have one mass produced yet. I would check with the guys over @SoundsGoodStereo

Well I struck out trying to find them. Worth an email to SoundsGoodStereo or Plugnplaykits though.

Did anyone ever figure this one out? Metra 72-5603 looks to be the same connector, but in reverse; the tab is on the wrong side.

Were you guys able to confirm the adapter from hoelwiring works on the B&O Tweeters?
