Both trackers just updated to "In Transit" and "shipped." Surprising since yesterday both the dealer and my buddy said it was scheduled to ship on 9/4. Perhaps they state "shipped" just to keep hopes up or maybe the eta is 9/4. In any event, it's exciting but I hated to share as I know a number of you are in chip purgatory.

I'm just joining now. We were told from dealer that it would take awhile to receive so we didn't bother asking for VIN or anything. Pretty plain XLT. Received an email Thursday with our VIN number and noticed that it was expected to be delivered last week into August 30th. Now it's changed from August 27th-Sept 2nd. Blend date- August 8th and states it's been 18 days approx. in transit. Hopefully it comes in this week we have a big weekend camping trip that would be nice to have it for

It looks like if your F150 has the 12.4 inch digital gauge cluster you will not be seeing your truck anytime soon. All of the estimated delivery dates are pure BS. How are they going to build the MY23s? I bet they magically come up with some chips and our trucks sit outside in the sun. Maybe someone in Detroit can steal my Tremor out of the holding lot to put a end to my wait.

If you look at F150s with July/Aug blend dates that are showing built or shipped from multiple forums, it looks like all of them are non 12 inch gauge cluster trims. It also seems that all of the Ford dealers in my area (there are a lot) have that F150s on the lot with blend dates of July thru early August are non 12 inch gauge cluster trucks? Not much movement on 402A,502A,KR or Platinum. I could be wrong, just my observation?

On the hunt for answer (don't have yet) I came across several sources claiming Bed Utility Package comes with "plastic bed liner" (not to my knowledge). Anyone know the fact of this claim (true or false)?

Pretty sure they mean the full digital cluster that Lariat and up get.

Bed utility doesn't get a plastic liner. You do get the tailgate work surface though which is conveniently a form of plastic.

Not sure why I checked with Ford chat hoping for a better answer, but I received the auto response that " Your vehicle is in production which means it currently being built at one of our manufacturing plants with an ETA of Set 4th. Asked about the potential chip hold to which they didn't have a response beyond just showing it's in production. Ugh

Dealer appraised my current 2012 F-150 at 18k this morning so happy with that. Sure I could get a tad more private party but a lot easier trading in. Hopefully we see movement this week.

*Side note I paid 29k for it over 10 years ago with x-plan.
