8/8/2022 Build Week

Just got a call from the dealership that my order is going through and they are telling me that my order was built and is expected to arrive in the next 2 weeks. Don't know what to make of it as the status page shows me in production and no modules have been populated yet.

Well I didn't want to work so I decided to chat with Ford. They said ETA is still the same 9/1-9/7 to the dealership. I contacted my dealership and they said the same thing.

Ford chat did give me a customer service number that I called to see what they say 800-334-4375. The lady was nice but didn't have anymore information then my dealership had and she still shows an ETA delivery of 9/7 but it is on microchip hold until an unknown date.

Dealer of one of my 8/8 week orders just texted me.

"Wanted to let you know that your truck is on it's way. Do you have any questions? Do you have a trade in?"

Ford said it was on chip hold as recently as yesterday

Just called Ford. They show it's still on chip hold in Dearborn but did suggest that the dealer could have more up-to-date information, which seems ridiculous.

Yep blend date of august 10th. Just a basic XLT with towing 300 a package
