My latest update, which could be complete bs, is that my truck is built but something failed in quality and now it’s waiting for a new chip. My new Eta 10/20. Do I believe what they told me? Nope.

I keep calling customer line every 2-3 days hoping to hear my truck finally made it to Ramp 58 for its train ride. Nope, still stuck on Ramp 59 which I believe is the parking lot right in from of the factory.
They keep giving me some useless convoy numbers of a company that doesn’t even have a website

Oddly enough, my FordPass app is still sitting in "Activation Pending" status. So no transport mode or second declination for me (first one was when they took it to Flat Rock).

@C_Harris, is your truck still showing Awaiting Shipment on the tracker? Mine has the same final destination and tentative delivery date and my status is still Awaiting Shipment. I haven't checked for a rail car number yet, though.

Then I must be waiting on the next train to Kansas City and then a truck to Granger. Hopefully they run regularly, but I know they are moving a lot of trucks so I'm guessing so.

Our truck has been in the "awaiting shipment" status since July, and we recently found out its been sitting at a rail yard less than 2 hours from the dealership for the last 2 months. ugh its getting frustrating knowing its so close and just sitting there. Apparently its hard to find 18wheelers to make pickups over there.

Yikes! Where was your assembly and where is your dealer? Mine was a Dearborn truck headed to Granger Iowa. I'm so sorry to hear of your wait, that would absolutely be frustrating!

Ours was also built in Dearborn! Its weird because Ford Chat keeps saying its at Dearborn awaiting shipment, but our dealer told us its been at the CSX Cayce, South Carolina Railyard. Our dealer is in Spartanburg, SC.
I guess I shouldn't be complaining since you have waited since January!? We ordered ours in March. Hope we both get ours soon!
