I received an email from the general manager from the dealership I am working with. Once I got that I used it to email him directly about getting a VVR and just getting an idea of what the hold up is on a truck taking 10 months from being ordered. He had the "Master Certified Sales" guy call me.

He provided me with a VVR and told me that the truck already is back from getting the bed liner put in and now on chip delay. ETA is OCT 3, so we will see.

Well i wish you the best of luck. Hopefully we both get our vehicles in the next week or two.

Heres to really putting my faith in Ford right now. I feel its going smooth enough that I went and ordered my bed cover with a $250 off coupon. Picking out my bed rug now. Looks like the Ford version with the 20% off is the best bang for the buck. And so it begins...

In Missouri already, can't make out the name of the city they are telling me but it sounds like volt/bolt/boat. I'd assume it will be to KC tonight if not very soon since the last update was almost 5 hrs ago then we will see if theres a back log to fight at the ramps ?

edit: pretty sure it’s HOLT which is just north of the KC plant I found

On Chip Hold now, 'expected' release week of 10/3. I won't hold my breath. Hoping for a miracle that I get this before the holidays.

Q - On Chip Hold, does that means the truck is essentially built to order awaiting chips, or the truck is on hold to be blended when the chips become available?

Looks like we are going to miss each other at Granger Do you know if there is a way to track convoy shipments. When I called FMC 4 days ago they said it was at the infamous ramp 51

Not anymore I don’t think. That used to be the palsapp website but the company blocked it a couple months ago. I’m not that far yet but hopefully soon.

I have no idea where it is but I remember reading some threads on long shipping times people were saying there truck has been sitting at ramp 51 for days or weeks even It's too bad there isn't a way to track it real time like a package in the mail

Thats weird. I tracked mine on the train all the way to the last stop in Missouri. Hopefully yours isn’t held up too long. I remember seeing a article about them installing seat belts or something in the flat rock area which is where the mustangs are built so to my knowledge a F150 has no business being there. I’m blind on the shipping now unfortunately, just waiting on a truck ride I believe. I plan to touch base with ford chat tomorrow. I think it’s ramp 19 where it should be ready for a truck if I recall from posts from months ago.

Ramp 51 is Flat Rock. It’s a storage lot across the street from the Mustang Plant. My Platinum was there for 4 weeks waiting on modules. There are tons of trucks there.
There are articles posted here about the union being upset in 2021 about 3rd parties installing things in F-150s. When My modules were installed, my truck was moved to shipping.
