8/15/2022 Build Week

Update....I was pushed back again earlier this week for delivery. Order was 3/7/22 production started 8/18/22 built date was originally 8/30/22 then estimated delivery was 9/15. For some reason built date changed to 9/29 and delivery changed to 10/4 to 10/8. Every week its been pushed to the following week. As of today was told its supposed to arrive by 10/23, i doubt that'll happen. My wife's bronco started production on 10/20 shows built on 10/20 and is estimated to be delivered next week. Seems like she might get hers first (which make no sense). How does it take 3 weeks to ship a truck an hour north of the plant!! My dealer stated that if they do not receive it Monday morning they will request to pick it up themselves. I am not sure that this is even possible but we will see.

On a side note, I have called the marketing line several times and have been very patient and polite with them. I explained to the lady I spoke with today that I am without a vehicle and that we were switching from 2 GM trucks to Ford and that we were disappointed with the process (also reminded her that I am aware that its not her fault and that i feel bad for her because I'm sure she deals with angry customers daily). She put me on hold for 10 minutes or so and came back with a certificate number to give my dealer with an additional cash rebate. I don't know the amount but I sent it to the dealer to see what it is.

How many total modules are you showing? I got my 720s last weekend and then Thursday I moved from in production to built but I’m still only at 941 modules. It’s crazy how different the process is between builds. Good luck.

I've never did the excel sheet to see how many modules, so I'm not sure. I do have the CCD, which is the 721 modules. There's a LOT of those for some reason, so a total count is going to be higher.

When I first looked this morning, my tear tag was missing. Last Saturday when that happened, a few hours later, I had 720s. So far, no extra modules today and my tear tag is back.

My truck arrived Monday morning, along with my wife bronco. What's funny is that I was built on 9/29 and hers was built on 10/20. So my truck sat for a month, hers went from the assembly line to the delivery truck. I have the blank temporary badges, dealer has no idea when and if ill get the proper ones. I also could tell mine was parked for awhile, I got to see it before they cleaned it up, coffee cups in the bed, very dusty etc..

I talked to someone who works at the plant. They started 2023's this week. Night shift and weekend shift are the ones working on putting in missing parts on 2022's. So they bring them back to the plant, put on missing parts then park them again. For the offsite storage and transport back and forth, its apparently handled by a third party, maybe this is why there seems to be no rhyme or reason on what gets shipped first.

Hopefully you all see yours soon.

AFTER 370 DAYS I GOT IT. GRANGER WAS GREAT, THEY STAY TRUE TO ORIGINAL PRICE. WE DID JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING ONLINE, I SIGN 2 PAPERS AND GAVE A CHECK TOOK ABOUT 5 MIN. CHIP WAS GREAT, SHOW ME MY TRUCK AND WHAT IT COULD DO.

IF I WAS TO DO THIS AGAIN, I WOULD LEAVE OFF ANYTHING YOU CAN PUT ON LATER.

DEFINITELY WOULD USE GRANGER, I WOULD CHECK ON HOLDS AND RESTRAIN. I LOVE MY KING RANCH. I BELIEVE IT'S THE BEST/ NICEEST TRUCK I EVER BOUGHT.

MY ADVICE WOULD BE PREPARED TO WAIT, HOPEFULLY YOUR ORDER WILL NOT TAKE AS LONG AS MINE DID.
