New guy here! I ordered my new Platty back on 5/13, and had a build date of 8/15. How are you guys contacting Ford for a status update? My dealer has no info on the status (only that it’s submitted). I have a VIN and window sticker.

Thanks! No, I ordered a 5.0. It’s a bit of a soft regret I’m starting to have, but at this point I’m just ready for my new truck!

Your dealer is BSing you. The sales manager has access to the vehicle visibility report.

I have some movement.

I opened the FordPass widget and saw that my truck is not in power save mode (happens after 15 days of not starting). They moved my truck and put more gas in it. I just checked my modules and I now have 1756 lines. I previously only had 953 lines.

Just received an alert from FordPass saying my truck update was successful today. Updated to Ford Power-Up 3.5.2.

I copied and pasted them into an Excel spread sheet.

I can see the modules from the order tracker. That’s also where I got my WS three days before it showed up on Ford tracker. I have never heard anything from the dealer, nor have I asked them. It wouldn’t do any good.

Did you copy/paste the vin? Sometimes it will add spaces depending on where you copy it from so retype it yourself if you haven’t already. Should only say that if you mess the format up like spaces, too little or too many characters.

Trackers been a little funky but it should pick you up still.

I apologize for being a Debbie downer, I’m a little jaded at this point. My truck flipped to “built” so the dealer contacted me. I’ve only ever seen “In Production” on the tracker. But, it only went to built status and reverted back. I have been calling Ford once a week for three weeks now. Same status as before. “Primary disposition is In Production”. “Secondary status as built”. “Tertiary status is chip hold”. Ford. Customer service says it’s “fully built but waiting on a microchip”…. GAHHHHH
