7.2Kw Pro Power Issue - Side A not working

Less than 10 hrs. with my brand new truck and when performing a Pro Power test, it fails with "Ground Fault" found. I checked all 3 breakers (2 in bed / 1 in dash) and they are all fine. I clicked the reset button and repeated the test, failed again. The two 110V outlets in Side A do not work. Both outlets in Side B work fine. I have not been able to test the 240v outlet yet. . There are no flashing lights as described in the owner's manual when dealing with ground faults.

Took the truck to the dealership and I was told there is a software bug in my current version. The good news is that there is an OTA update they will be applying to address the issue. Glad to hear it was a simple solution and not something requiring replacing components.
