All the trackers kinda suck. The dealers rely on the same stuff we get from chat and the tracker. I knew my truck was at the dealer before my dealer did.

Agree. The trackers do suck. Funny how you knew your truck arrived before your dealer did. Same thing happened with my ‘21.

My salesgirl isn’t very sympathetic. She basically tells me that a 5 month wait before being built is nothing and getting a truck within a month of being built is lucky.

And she is correct. I'm sure the salespeople get beat down by customers wanting updates. I tried to leave my salesman be as much as possible. I ended up 1 day short of the 3 to 6 month window. It wouldn't have been bad if I had a June build with quick shipping, the 10 week chip hold was a real bummer.

I’m sure she is. I’m ok with it and I’ve never once complained to her. Like you, I generally just leave her alone because I’m sure she’s dealing with plenty of irate customers I just wish that she’d communicate with me better; good, bad or indifferent, that’s all.

That 10 week chip hold must have really sucked. I’m glad that you have your truck, though. I’ll just keep enjoying my ‘21 until the ’22 finally arrives.

Ford sent out the courtesy "sorry you havent heard from us in awhile" email that implied my truck hasnt been built yet. Chat confirmed it's built and the ETA to dealership in 8/1.

Chat also provided me a convoy number, is there anything one can do with a convoy number?

Those emails do not imply anything. Those are auto generated every xx days. Unless your vehicle has been received by dealer, you are will in the pool.

Mine is sitting in a rail car since 7/26 at railyard 8.9 miles from dealer. Waiting on truck to drop it off. I got the same email.

Ughh, that’s really disappointing. I’m starting to feel I may be in the same boat as you. Chat said delivery 8/3 and my dealer says my truck is “in production, produced” with no info on delivery.

I‘m not believing Ford Chat.

Yeah, i get sporadic emails. I never did recieve email when scheduled or built.

Did get confirmation and shipped emails. 2 auto "we're working on it" emails.

Well, just got online and checked the status over the chat with Ford.

They told me its waiting in Kansas City.
Online tracker still shows in production...

My 402a tremor got shipped to Houston from Dearborn on July 25. Has been sitting in south Chicago for last week. Anybody else stuck there.

Chat told me an estimated delivery date was 7/31. Now they say between today and 8/8. We shall see. I’d pay $500 to drive up to Dearborn and drive it home lol

All chat told me was the car number TTGX 974350 on Canadian National. I have not been able to track that car, I called the CSX tracking number and it tells me that car is empty and in Minnesota back in Feb.

I'm still in the "built, awaiting shipment" status since the 24th. Chat says to check with dealer, dealer has no clue. I just want my truck

Yes, one of the chat agents did. Only one though. I had it confirmed through the Marketing # 1-800392-3673 (I think).

Another good tracker I used is the Canada Ford tracker. https://shop.ford.ca/vehicleordertracking/ this gave me delivery ETA's on the website that the US Ford tracker did not.
