That is about as close as you can get to knowing you are built without the tracker being updated, congratulations!
Man i hope I'm in the same boat as you. My Lariat 502a still shows In Production but I can also see the activation in the app. My bday is 8/16 so I'm hoping it will make it by then.
I dropped your VIN into the module tracker; you are populated, so your truck is probably already built. I still don't have ANY modules listed.
I just looked now and it appears to have shipped!! It's getting sent via Convoy to Granger so insure hope that doesn't take long. Fingers crossed!

Interesting. I had a blend date of 7/17, I checked the ordertrack.app site on 7/20 and it showed my truck in transit. When I pulled up the official tracker it still showed in production. I reached out to Ford chat and they confirmed it was in transit with an eta of 7/23-7/29. Literally as I was on chat I saw the official tracker change to shipped. Checked both trackers the following day, and they both said back in production. Chat has stuck to the eta window and no further updates. I have been under the impression my truck is stuck on ramp 15, but hoping mine was on the Convoy with yours.
Check in with the dealership before you stress too bad about what chat tells you.
If you are like me (see my post a few prior to yours) my best guess is its fully built and ready to be shipped. They are keeping the status as in production, until it actually ships out. I have had chat confirm multiple times that my truck is fully built and there are no holds of any kind, they are just waiting on a convoy to come pick it up. I am still showing as in production on the tracker as well. I did move to shipped for an hour, and I think that was them relocating my build off the line to the holding lot on ramp 15. Keep us updated, you might want to reach out to chat for more clarity (not that its much).
No idea what the holdup could be; apparently the 754 numbers were holdups before, but yours appear to be populated.
