I have KC. My window sticker date updated on Saturday which it usually does but Blend still says May 7. Which was impossible. Status is 'in production' and has been for about 2 months. ETA is 1990-01-01. So maybe I shouldn't have responded because No, I did not see changes. But I hope we will this week.. Wouldn't bet on it though... I feel at this point I probably won't get anymore updates and my dealer will just tell me the truck has arrived.. Been so long since any kind of update I think they gave up...
When did KC shutdown? It's possible they did the blend the last day open, then shutdown before your truck made it through the line. I haven't paid much attention to KC since my truck will be built in Dearborn.

Edit: I just saw another thread a guy was saying he had a KC blend date of 8 May and no updates.

My window sticker just updated to reflect todays date. Blend date still shows tomorrow! Fingers crossed!

Oh the joy and excitement

I think KC closed down May 3rd. And we're suppose to open again June 14. So if my math is correct and this info is correct. My new blend date SHOULD be June 18. But I definitely won't hold my breath..

Agreed. KC shut down beginning- mid April.
I had an original build day 4/27 when shut down began.

I ordered a Powerboost XLT on 4/3 from Ganger. My blend is 6/17. I'm watching this thread like a hawk to see others updates. I'll post my updates as I have them.

No, blend is the day they put the parts on the line, then the parts go down the line over the next 20 hours or so and truck gets built. The built date is the day the truck drives off the line. Watching on here most get built in the next day or two so the built date is generally a day or two after the blend date. I have seen a couple post that were a week or more later. I didn't look close enough to see if that may have been a shutdown week for the factory.

In the past the truck could still go to the dreaded ramp 59 and get parked because it was missing parts after getting a built date. Ford doesn't seem to be doing that since the beginning of May. They seem to only be building the trucks that they have all the parts for.
I think there is something with the check marks and dates on the Ford Tracker too. I've been watching those like a hawk. Some other users on here are theorizing that when you get a date under "in production," that is when your truck started going down the line. However, you don't get a check mark under "in production" until it is off the line, which normally immediately comes with a "built" check mark and date at the same time, unless your build was not finalized. Another cue is the delivery section. Mine has had an N/A under "delivery" for months until this morning when it changed to a blank instead of N/A. My blend date is tomorrow. Last sticker update was 6/9 still showing my 6/16 blend date.

Fingers crossed. I need the spray-in bed liner and wheel well liners to be installed immediately if my truck has any chance of getting to me before I go out of town. Hopefully being fresh off a shutdown will help me out in that department too. The sprayers and installers oughta be ready to roll.

The check marks are sort of weird, you don't get one until that step is completely done and you've actually moved onto the next one. Whatever step is active will have the highlighted circle, and the previous one will get the check mark. If you get a check mark on "In Production" that means you're out of chip hold hell and are actually completely built. That seems to be the stage where it gets wheel well liners, bed liners, etc; anything offsite. You generally move very quickly from the "Built" circle being highlighted to In Transit, most I've seen are 2-4 days depending what they're having done offsite (If anything).

So... Long story short, you just watch for "In Production" to get the check mark and "Built" to be highlighted and generally speaking, you're clear and should have your truck on the way pretty soon.

See, I didn't even notice the little highlight within the circle. Thanks for the info because I will need to really watch that period between check marked in production and the highlighted circle for built since that is where the bed liners and wheel well liners are installed.

I’ve been built since 5/11, awaiting shipment. Built is not checked. Limited with a spray-in liner.

Built
5/11/2021
Your vehicle has been built and we are arranging shipment to your dealer. This step could take a few days to a week. Select the "Learn About Your Vehicle" link for information and videos about your new vehicle”

At this point I don’t think anything means anything anymore. My ETA is 6/20, but it hasn’t shipped and takes 8 days by convoy to arrive at my dealer. Palsapp has the VIN, but pending.

I am almost exactly in your corner as well. Lariat PB with Max Tow, wheel liners, etc with an order date of 2/13, in production now for 3 weeks and a blend date tomorrow. Have had sticker since 5/20. Patience is a virtue.

I'm not a part of this "club"; however, I'd love to get your thoughts on my situation. Waiting on a '21 KR. Order confirmed on 2/24/21. No movement since. My order does include the spray-in bedliner, wheel well liners, max recline seats, and interior work surface, which I know have involved extended delays.

What I'm worried about now for people in our position is the whole "20-hour" run down the line with this reduced shift. So with mine and your blend numbers, hopefully our trucks are one of the firsts to start in the morning. The reduced shift may mean our trucks don't get off the line until Friday, then get sent to offsite over the weekend. Hopefully, people install spray-in bedliners, wheel well fenders, and tonneau covers on the weekend so it can get shipped out first thing next week. If our blend dates were on full wide open shifts, our trucks would be built in a day and the add-ons might have gotten added during this week. Patience will be hard once our blend dates have passed. I wish someone could shed light on the vendor installation/add-on process. It seems like sometimes the liners are knocked out, and sometimes it takes a week or two. There's probably no telling.

As a 2/1/21 order, I feel for you. You should at least have a window sticker at this point. I would online chat with Ford Performance to see what they say. If there really is just no information on your truck, I'll bet you have it in a week or two with both plants opening back up. It seems that the max recline and interior work surfaces used to be a delay problem, but I think now that may be resolved as they are added on the line and you don't get a blend date until all your parts are available. Now the spray-in bedliner and wheel well liners are done by an "offsite vendor." That's where the unknowns come in.

I would be pushing dealer/Ford performance chat over the next two weeks for a status on your build location and then monitor the Ford Tracker for window sticker.

I guess I was lucky my first dealer dropped the ball. My original order was 3/26, and was never submitted to Ford. I found out through the other 150 forum I had no order. Ordered at a second dealer on 5/7. I dropped the wheel well liners and the spray in bed liner. They also contacted Ford explained my story, got me a 1 priority and had my VIN and build week 2 work days later.

BTW, the first dealer did order the truck on 5/6 after I told them Ford didn't have the order. I cancelled that order. I'm still tracking it and it still doesn't have a blend date or widow sticker, Karma?
