5.0L F-150 getting Ford Performance Calibration Tune

Livernois motorsports have it. Supposedly they are the ones making it for Ford. But they do have their tune available.

Yes Livernois makes all Ford Performance tunes.

I switched to the new Livernois Tow/Economy tune, it is AWESOME. The transmission is buttery smooth now.

Hmmm....I've been toying with the idea of a tuner again.
Had one on my 11 with tunes from somewhere....truck felt completely different.
Past bumper to bumper warranty but still on powertrain warranty so......
Truck is gonna be a long term own for me......wouldn't mind the shifting being better.
Warranty is important......cost of repairs is crazy.

I was traveling the Avenue of the Saints North of St Louis. The truck with cruise on throttles back/downshifts going down one hill, back to 10th at the bottom, then downshifts to 8th gear starting up the next hill and down 7th if the hill is steep. Rarely goes to 6th gear, but it has happened. Disappointed that a 400 HP motor has such poor low end torque.

That's when I'm not towing my fishing boat....

I've been running my truck in 8th at highway speed with little to no difference in mpg.
Will shift down on bigger hills....that's it.
Towing 7k lbs I've been running in 7th.....drops to 6th on hills.
Around city I'm running 4th or 5th.....
I do have the 3.5 EB with 3.55 gears.
I absolutely hate how much these trucks shift so I force it not to.
