4" to 8" cluster swap

Just got my 8" cluster today. I will be installing this weekend. I know that I need to save my IPC from my old one and install on the new one. As far as changing engine hours and idle hours I seen where that may be in seconds is that right and where would I change those at. Now that I will have this cluster are there things I can add that my original couldn't due. I do have the 12" radio. Any other tips or tricks would be much appreciated.

Did you ever figure this out? I also did the 4" to 8', my asbuilt data loaded onto the new one just fine, but when I go and update the mileage, it says service procedure interruped.
