From Ford's "Executive Office": The information I received was that they are prioritizing retail orders as the parts become available. Your vehicle has already been flagged as retail, so it will be handled. They are not bypassing built orders to build units currently on the line. We receive updated reports on the units that are awaiting parts and will monitor this particular VIN.

This was in response to my complaint where I provided VIN numbers of vehicles ordered prior to mine and not being built and VIN numbers of vehicles ordered after mine that have already been shipped or delivered.

I ordered a Lariat 502A, PB, Tow Tech, Co-Pilot prep, Tray Liners, Unleashed, Power Tailgate, and wheel well liners on 2/26. Blend date 4/9, Produced 4/22, and Ramp 59 since 4/26. The tracker shows ETA delivery 5/15 but still in production.

Sounds like utter BS!!! If they weren’t bypassing built orders then we wouldnt be seeing trucks ordered after ours being shipped and delivered. A recent press release stated that the chips being waited for were for common things like windshield wipers. All trucks have those so if that was true, all these trucks being built and delivered better not have wipers installed.

Mine went away too. In production 4/21, ETA end of 5/23. My dealer has no clue and owes me a call back. Ordered on 12/29/20!

Is your truck KC or Dearborn? I think KC has another 2 weeks shutdown?
My truck is Dearborn, but that doesn't mean I have solid info on status either.
I ordered Lariat (with no significant options) 2/25/21, status changed to "sent to Plant" and "in production" 3/25, window sticker showed up 3/26, blend date 4/3, "produced" 4/21 (whatever that really means), Estimated delivery to dealer 5/18, tracker started giving me "welcome, your Lariat is estimated to be delivered to Salem Ford in x days", but on 5/14, stopped getting this message and the tracker now says "in production".

I'm in a similar situation, 4/21 produced, eta 5/23. its a complete crap shoot to when we will get our trucks

I ordered 2/1, built 3/15 wrong color, correction ordered 3/11, built 4/24. Both are sitting in parts hell still.

Family however ordered mid January, built 5/3, and delivered today. Go figure.

All dearborn builds.

My ETA holding at 5/23. I emailed my dealer that screenshot last week and said they were going to contact their Ford Rep. Didn't hear back, so I emailed a few days later. This week, I emailed agian - no response. Called my salesman, wasn't available so I left a message. Then sent another email. Today I texted him, no response. I get it that my truck is going to show up when it shows up, but it would be nice if they could at least tell me what they know. Which is apparently nothing they are willing to share....

Same here as everyone else. Ordered Feb. 11th. blend date shows 4/1 but production date from tracker shows 4/19. Dearborn build. ETA date shows 5/20 but my dealer said my truck shows "moved to storage" when he checked yesterday. So he bluntly told me, the date most likely doesn't mean anything.....sad story. like everyone else....I have no idea then when it will show up, and no one else knows either.

Order date was 12/03/2020! I have my VIN # and was able to get my window sticker. Showing on the tracker a delivery my dealer of 6/25. Probably just BS. My questions are has it been built and waiting on chips or will it be built this week

ETA updated to 8/20 on tracker. I was really looking forward to having this truck for the summer. Looks like that's not gonna happen. I sold my car in December then promptly ordered the truck. since I work from home, it wouldn't be a problem as I could just use my wife's or my mothers car when I needed for a few months. Well, that few months is starting to get a little long in the tooth...

Nope, and no idea if I'll get one this summer or not. My dates are blend 04/21 and build 04/23. Status changed to 'In production' just before the plant shut down. ETA has not updated yet from 05/27.
