360 wonky after adding power mirrors

I recently purchased a 2024 XLT FX4. My truck has the 303A package. It came with non power folding mirrors so I added platinum mirrors. Wasn’t too bad. Bought the mirrors, door switch and jumper wires from the mirror to the door modules. Making the FORSCAN changes was uneventful but successful.
It’s been really cold here so I haven’t driven my truck since I changed out the mirrors. Today I took it out and my 360° isn’t working on the front of the truck??? Here’s a picture of my information system.

I took the vent covers off the doors and checked to make sure the coaxial cables were tight.
Any suggestions?

24 truck w/ 21-23 cams in them I take it? Need 24+ cams

How do I tell what year mirrors I have? They were sold as 24 mirrors.

Think most people are swapping their old cameras into the new mirrors.

How do I swap the cameras? I've seen a couple of posts that they said they did the exchange but saw nothing on how it was done.

After watching several U Tube videos I removed the mirror glasses and removed the cameras. FYI All you need to do is pull on the glass and it will snap out. You can get pretty aggressive with them. Then using a T15 bit remove the outer mirror covers. The camera and puddle light assembly will just fall away from the mirrors.

I I took the whole assembly and exchanged them with my original mirror's assemblies. I read someone removed just the camera and replaced only the cameras. That involves two T10 screws and undoing the coaxial cable from the cameras.
I checked the part numbers on the Cameras, but they had the same numbers as the cameras on the folding mirrors I replaced.
After reassembling everything:
