No, you can select Turbo Boost gauge as one of two selectable gauges at the top of your screen through the Menu accessed on the steering wheel. At least you can with my XLT 302A.

You have another page of options, push Up or Down arrow to scroll between pages. I can tell by the narrow blue line on the right side of the box.

When I push up or down it toggles between Neutral Tow and Vehicle Maintenance. It doesn't go higher or lower beyond those two.

I stand corrected. After another attempt, I was able to get to a second screen to find more settings. The dash UI/UX could use some polishing. I now have boost where oil pressure used to be on the left. Thank you!

Nice! Turbo is such valuable information. Who even knows what to do with Oil Pressure anyway? Mine could say "eleventy billion pressure units" and I'd just be like, "ok".

How often is oil pressure in a middle ground? I feel like it's either going to be good or bad. I've never seen someone with borderline oil pressure.

Depending on the truck there are menus that you can't be in when moving or in any gear except Park. Since you're in Drive, there.
