My truck has the bed outlet but I have not used it and so I will go by the 100K mile change interval.
10-4. The only reason for the lower mileage recommendation is when you are using the outlet, the engine runs more to keep the battery charged. I’ve used mine on occasion, but not for hours on end, so I’m sticking with the 100K.

That seems crazy, I had an indy shop charge me less than that on my 07 f150, and 3 out of the 8 plugs broke and had to be extracted.
Just quoted me $839 for eco boost 3.5, Aug 2025. They can KMA. I’m at the age that I pay people to do the greasy work, but darned if I won’t break out the spark plug wrench again. Iridium plugs are $65/set. Boots anywhere from $9 (aftermarket)to $26 (OEM)each, but there is no good reason to replace them if they are still pliable.

I had a friend that had a bad coil pack and he asked me to help since his local dealer couldn’t/wouldn't do anything even though it was under warranty. I put a scan tool on it and found which coil it was but we decided to replace all of them and change the plugs while we were at it.
The whole job took me about 45 minutes and that was mainly because I was talking and drinking. The coil packs were right at $300 and the plugs were about $65.

I know that you didn’t ask about any of what I just replied and you don’t need to replace your coils but this is a really easy job to do yourself. The coils/plugs are right on top of the engine and really easy to get to. I’m afraid the dealer will tear your head off at the cashiers counter so I’d definitely recommend doing it yourself if you can.
As I replied below, just quoted $839 for plugs and boots.
