They may ask for your VIN so they can look into your situation. That's what they did with me. They came back with the same information you get from the chat service.

I'm in the same boat as you Platinum, ordered 11/2, Blend 3/13, Built 3/23 and has been waiting on shipment since then. VVR shows rail carrier delay and my arrival date has been pushed back three time now. Most recent arrival estimate email stated 5/8-5/14 but not holding my breath as nothing has changed on the shipping status.

For reference, I was in Blend week 3/14. Picked it up, yesterday. The actual time from rail car number being provided to dealer was about 2 weeks. Regarding interest rates, be sure that the dealer runs Smart Vincent on you VIN. It will pick up incentives on the date of order and incentives on the date of delivery. Because, I had a rolled 2021, he was able to seek exceptions so that I could get incentives as of the 9/1/21 date. I took the 9/1/21 incentives as they were by far the best.
