My dealer says it doesnt show built, but delivery next week. Ill bet he is reading the chip hold window the way the chat people do. I think ill call marketing

Marketing still shows chip hold. Ford needs to get their shit together and train their people better

So chat told me I’m still on chip hold but that me eta delivery to the dealer is 5/20. I asked if that was chip date or delivery and she said it was delivery. So that’s the chat and marketing that have both told me that my eta for delivery is 5/20

The inconsistent information is the only consistent thing. Ford pass only shows the pic of my truck, so my truck isn't done. I need a better hobby

Yea same. I usually check Ford Pass and look for the 754 Modules once a day. The population of the 754 will tell me that it should be built.
If we weren’t stationed in Vegas I’d just go fishing every day to pass the time. Now I just have to read and play video games

Ok so I have had modules 754 populated since 4/10. I was told I was on hold by my dealer but he couldn't say what the holdup was. Last time I talked with chat they just said in production with status unchanged from 4/11, and go talk to your dealer for the most up to date info.
What number do you call for marketing? I need to make a complaint. No one has ever said weather I was on chip hold even though I have asked. They just say I am on hold. All the while others get their vehicles with the same or similar options.
Did someone drop a forklift on it and they are waiting for the next batch of smoked quartz platinum parts to come in?

Yea we aren’t a fan of Vegas. We came from GA and KY before that, so costs here are way higher than we are used to and we aren’t really city people. We prefer to be out in the country hiking. And the heat
