Just heard back from them, they got about 50 trucks in the last week, mine included, and are working through that intake process

How long did it take them to do the intake process? Reached out to my dealer 5/2 and he said they will call when it's ready. They have received a lot of vehicles though.

After 12 days and approximately 149 phone calls to Norfolk Southern's automated tracking number, my truck has been offloaded at the rail yard in New Orleans and has a status of "Pending Pickup" on United Road's website. They have had a truck deliver to my dealership about once a week over the last month or two so I'm hoping it makes the trip down early next week and I can finally see the truck I ordered nearly 9 months ago.

Congrats! The last few days are the longest. I'm waiting for mine to get processed but at least I've started the paperwork.

Although dealer would not give me rail car, Chat did with no problem. I called NS and got an update. Hard to hear exact location, but there was a scan in Ohio at 1:06am today (5/6). Now the question is how long to get to Wilmington and then to Chapman.

About a week to Wilmington and then they moved mine out of Wilmington in 3days. It's been at the dealer since Saturday.

You need to book the flight and just show up. They will get it ready quickly if you are sitting there.
